In the case of pieces made to order, the production time is between 3 and 6 weeks depending on the complexity and quantity of the pieces. -Shipping time is usually between 2-3 business days, depending on the company and the place it is sent to.

– If you are in Barcelona and want to save shipping costs, you can pick up the package in Poblenou by choosing the Free Pick Up option at checkout.

-I use recyclable materials for packaging. The white chips are compostable.

-For countries outside the EU, customs taxes and duties may apply and must be paid at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot predict the amount as each country has its own regulations.
